GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices are per room per day. With a minimum stay of 2 nights they include:

Taxes and service (excluding tourist tax, which must be paid at the end of the holiday)

Private beach with 1 sun umbrella + 1 sunbed and 1 deckchair each double/triple/quadruple room (min.2 nights stay) for Single rooms, the second sunbed under the same sun umbrella could also be occupied by 1 other Single room

Air conditioning

Wi-Fi connection

Bicycle service from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Rooms are available from 14:00 onwards on the day of arrival.

Please inform the hotel of your approximate time of arrival (particularly if you are checking in after 20:00).

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.

BOOKING POLICIES

It is possible to confirm a reservation by providing the details of a valid credit card (number and expiry date). The credit card number with expiry date is a guarantee for the reservation. However, the hotel reserves the right to withdraw or authorise an amount of 30% of the stay as a deposit. Alternatively, a bank transfer can be made to the following bank address:

Reservations without guarantee will be held for a maximum of 5 days.

In any case, before sending money as a deposit, you must first contact our reservations department and make a reservation, which will then be confirmed by e-mail.

Reservations with special conditions and promotional rates are confirmed upon notification of the credit card (number and expiry date) and is a guarantee for the reservation. However, the hotel reserves the right to charge a minimum amount of seven nights' stay for the room only without meals or a maximum of EUR 500.00. The deposit can also be paid by bank transfer. Bookings taking advantage of promotions/offers and preferential rates cannot be accepted without a deposit. Promotions/offers are subject to special restrictions and conditions, cancellation and payment policies that change from time to time. In the event that these are not fully or partially specified at the time of reservation, those of the standard booking shall apply.

Offers and/or promotional rates cannot be combined and are subject to availability. They must only be requested at the time of booking and not at the hotel once you have arrived.

There are no refunds for non-arrival on the day of booking, for early departures, for people not arriving and for breakfasts or dinners not consumed;

The guaranteed reservation is also a guarantee for the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation of the reservation without penalty is accepted up to 2.00 p.m. on the seventh day prior to the arrival date, subject to notification by e-mail. After this deadline, a penalty equal to the maximum cost of the room for three nights excluding meals will be applied.

In the event of arrival one or more days late or in the event of early departure, the guest may be charged the entire stay booked up to a maximum of three nights for the cost of the room only excluding meals. In the event of early departure, no penalty will be charged, only if the room is vacated by 10.00 a.m. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to retain the cost of the room including any previously booked meals.

Cancellations of reservations that take advantage of special rates and/or promotional offers are accepted without penalty until 2.00 p.m. on the 30th day prior to the date of arrival, subject to notification by e-mail. After this deadline, a penalty equal to the maximum cost of the room for three nights excluding meals will be applied, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment may be made in cash or by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

For bookings taking advantage of special offers and/or promotional rates, payment cannot be made by credit card and must be made upon arrival.

For online bookings, credit card details are used to guarantee the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to possibly withdraw 30% as a deposit, notifying the customer of this, or it will levy the penalty in the event of cancellation after the deadline.

Management reserves the right to request payment upon arrival at the hotel for any type of reservation.

Bank cheques are not accepted.
